A full body, high cardiovascular aerobic class utilizing elevated platforms (steps), barbells, dumbbells, your own body weight and yoga balls. Ideal for someone looking for aerobic exercises that will help you lose weight but also tone your body. The class is 60 minutes long, and is a combination of both High and Low intensities
