A full body, high cardiovascular aerobic class, utilizing elevated platforms (steps), barbells, dumbbells, your own body weight and yoga balls. Ideal for someone who wants to lose weight and tone at the same time. The class is 60 minutes long, and is a combination of both High and Low intensities.
