Class details

A full body cardiovascular class using elevated platforms (steps), barbells, dumbbells, your own body weight and yoga balls. Body Conditioning focuses on strengthening core, lower back and stabilizing muscles to help prevent everyday injuries. The core group of muscles form the foundation of body movements, whether they be strength or stamina. With a strong core the risk of injuring yourself decreases dramatically.
